Jennifer was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and graduated from National Taiwan University. She worked as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist for 25 years. She was baptized and married in Chinese Bible Church of West Los Angeles and moved with husband Pastor Gee Lowe to San Diego in 1980. During the 28 years in San Diego she served alongside with Gee in Chinese Bible Church of San Diego and Glory Christian Church of San Diego. She completed her M. Div. in Bethel Seminary and received her Ph.D. from Talbot Seminary. In 2008 they moved back to West Los Angeles and has served in Chinese Bible Church since then.
